After your purchase, we will call you to arrange pick-up or delivery

If you require a mover, call before your purchase to get the moving fee (see list of movers below)

Bring boxes and wrap to transport delicate items

If picking up heavy items, please bring enough muscle. There is no one at the house to help you

Items not picked up by the end of the sale will be forfeited with no refund
