1. After your purchase, we will call you to arrange pick-up or delivery of your items.

2. Please bring wrap & boxes to take delicate items home.

3. Any damage or imperfections are described to the best of our ability.

4. If picking up large or heavy items, YOU MUST BRING HELP. There is no one at the house to help you.

5. All sales are final. There are NO refunds, NO returns, and NO exchanges.
