HOW WE WORK:

1. Call for a complimentary consult.

2. We do a walk-through of your home to see what items you wish sold.

3. Together we schedule a sale date.

4. We return 1 to 2 weeks prior to the sale to prep the home for the sale.

5. After the sale is completed you receive the proceeds minus our commission.
